Return & Refund Policy
At Beadiful Creations by Jenn, I take great pride in handcrafting each piece with care and attention to detail. Please read my return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact me at beadifulcreations@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer Because my items are handmade and photographed under various lighting conditions, colors and textures may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display settings and screen resolution. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Bracelets and other items made with elastic bands, as elastic is subject to normal wear and is not considered a manufacturing defect
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
